Biography

Dr. Luz Andreone is an early-career scientist leading research at the Laboratory of Immuno-Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her work investigates the mechanisms of stress and dysfunction of β-cells in diabetes, with the goal of identifying novel therapeutic targets. As an Assistant Researcher at CONICET and Assistant Professor at Austral University, she balances research leadership with academic responsibilities.
