Research & Publications
Author or co-author of over 180 peer-reviewed articles, with an h-index of 45 (Scopus). Notable works include: "Senescence induces fundamental changes in the secretome of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs): implications for the therapeutic use of MSCs and their derivatives" Investigates how aging alters the MSC secretome and its effects on therapeutic applications. "An Example of Neuro-Glial Commitment and Differentiation of Muse Stem Cells Obtained from Patients with IQSEC2-Related Neural Disorder: A Possible New Cell-Based Disease Model" Explores the disease modeling potential of Muse cells derived from patients with neurological disorders. "Stress and stem cells: adult Muse cells tolerate extensive genotoxic stimuli better than mesenchymal stromal cells" Demonstrates the superior resilience of Muse cells under stress compared to traditional MSCs.
